Our Returns Policy

I’ve poured my heart and soul into creating an exceptional online shopping experience just for you. My primary goal is to assist you in making the perfect selection, so please take full advantage of the abundant information available and choose with confidence.

  1. Unless otherwise agreed upon by us at our absolute discretion, all products are sold on a no return for credit basis, except in the following conditions:

  • The products are received in a damaged state.
  • Incorrect products are supplied to you.
  • The products are faulty.

  1. If the delivered product is not what you ordered, does not correspond with its description, or is not of satisfactory quality, we will, at our option, either deliver a replacement or refund the price paid. 

  1. Claims for credit must be made within seven (7) days of receipt or collection of the products, whether online or in-store. To make a claim, please email us at wattlewoman@gmail.com and provide a copy of the accompanying order slip. Failure to provide the slip will result in the waiver of any claims.

  1. If we agree to accept the return of the products for credit, we will notify you of the appropriate procedure, whether through our online process or returning them to one of our physical stores.

  2. If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the payment as soon as possible, but within 30 days. Please keep the products in good condition while they are in your possession if you intend to return them.

Please note that Wattle Woman accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage occurring during the return process, whether online or in-store.

We understand that accidents can occur, and if you happen to damage or break your pieces, please don't hesitate to contact us for guidance on how to mend them or arrange for repair at our workshop. Please note that all postage costs for repairs are the responsibility of the buyer. Before sending your pieces to our workshop, kindly contact us via email
